Return Policy

At Curvy Queen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or the packing slip.

Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes clearance items and items purchased during a promotional sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert email address] within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. If you chose store credit, the credit will be added to your account within the same timeframe.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Curvy Queen.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days and ship out the new item(s) to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive the damaged or defective item(s), we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item(s) to you free of charge.

International Returns

For international returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Curvy Queen. Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items from outside the United States.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to Curvy Queen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process.
